In the early hours of Jan. 15, 2024 I experienced extreme dizziness and my family physician strongly suggested that I needed to call for an ambulance to get to the Emergency Room at Ripon SSM Medical Hospital. Two EMTs and a Ripon policeman came to my house very quickly (after I called 911) in the bitter cold. They took my vitals, wrapped me in warm blankets and transported me by chair into the ambulance and delivered me to the Emergency Room.
