RecommendedWe recently had window treatments installed by Ripley's at our house on Lake Lbj. Ripley was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - letting us know what would work best in the different areas of the house. We were also on a tight deadline, and they met it! We have one slight issue, but I am confident it will be resolved quickly. Great customer service, friendly staff and beautiful window treatments!
We had an issue with the color of the shutters but it wasn’t Ripley’s fault, it was a problem with the paint. Ripley’s Blind & Drapery made it right and our new shutters are beautiful, the installers were great and Christy is wonderful to deal with.

The staff is excellent. We had a few hiccups with the blinds coming from the manufacturer but at the end Ripley's made sure we have the best product installed and left us with a happy heart and pretty looking blinds. What I liked was they always had the time to talk to me and keep me posted about it and never did I hear no. Will be doing more business soon!
