When it comes to bizarre, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, located in Times Square, needs no introduction. The widely popular museum, fittingly called the "Odditorium", houses some of the strangest artifacts and oddities you'll ever come across. From unexplained ancient relics to strange modern day wonders, the objects on display are bound to intrigue one and all. Apart from the artifacts, the museum also hosts a number of live performances featuring magicians, sword eaters and other quirky performers with the common theme being... read more

Good times! – Went to Ripley's for a first date and glad I did! Talk about a great way to break the ice - definitely better than a movie. I noticed a lot of people of all ages there; and had lots of laughs seeing the reactions the kids had to some of this stuff. I think I'll bring my niece next time. She'll LOVE the black hole exhibit! So, yeah, you should go.
One of the Best Museum Trips I've taken in New York City! – My younger sister spent the weekend with me here in New York. So it was time to think up ways to entertain her. Ripley's was the best idea I could have had. The exhibits are interactive and enable kids to explore some of the odd things this world has to offer. On top of that, she absolutely loved the Laser Maze which we stopped at towards the end of the trip. I would definitely reccomend this attraction as it is family friendly and fun for all!
don't go – for a family of four this was over $100 with the discount to purchase online.......we were herded with about two busloads worth of small school children through the meager exhibits. Some exhibits were interesting, but definitely not worth the price of admission. We were all very disappointed. This is maybe worth about $10 or $15 admission. I don't recommend this to anyone for the current price. There are far better values out there when visiting NYC.
Weirdest museum ever! – This is the coolest museum with weirdest exhibition. I wish it were bigger so that I could see more things. I am not a museum person but I always recommend others to visit this museum. I brought different friends here and they loved it so much. It is located at Times Square area and it is also right next to the wax museum. The visitors can visit both museums at the same time.
Editorial Review – The New York location for the worldwide "museum" of strange artifacts including a two-headed calf, a six-legged cow and an albino giraffe.
