Very poor wait times are ridiculous iv been asking the nurses when am I next they keep saying oh your next, oh we got more doctors so should be soon oh the doctor has just clicked on her name 2 hours later and still waiting meanwhile my child is crying because of her pain this is the worse
Efficient and Friendly
Beautiful and kind service, got in straight away as ambulance didn’t come to the scene of my car crash. Had a lovely, funny nurse called David, thank you David for making me stay pleasant.
I was refused service due to 1 staff member going home sick. All I needed was pain relief to change some dressings I had from a motorcycle accident
I guess all the one stars are from the local GPs who overcharged their patients. Ripley Urgent Care is fantastic!
