Giving only one star purely for the few times I’ve been in with my son and 2 different drs I’ve seen have completely dismissed me and my concerns then having 2nd opinions and test results coming back proving I was right
Been here a few times and found the staff amazing. Not this time. Mohamed Pandie (or Zaahid) was unprofessional and quite rude. Made me feel like I was drug seeking by asking ‘what do you want to gain out of today’s visit?’ Umm I’d like to get some antibiotics or a diagnosis and get out of here. A quick google search shows some unfavourable history with the wrong side of the law. Did you complete background checks prior to hiring? Shouldn’t be treating people when he has no care factor.
Excellent facility with great patient care service experience and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and helpful with a clean environment!
Very disappointed in their service today a very minor issue but they pick and choose who they want to see for a very minor condition not very professional and zero empathy.
