I went for a CT scan and was really well looked after. The staff are so welcoming and kind. A special shout out for the security guy who is amazing. The Centre is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. A very pleasant experience ☺️

Today we had wonderful service from the wonderful staff at Ripley MIC. Special mention of Nurse Sarah- she was knowledgeable and kind in assisting with my sons condition. She was professional and made our visit a positive one. Thankyou Sarah for your care.
Please teach some basic manners to your front desk staff, the male wearing the glasses. There is a way to talk to people. There is no need to be so brusque, snappish and curt. Please learn from the Queensland children’s hospital who treat a high volume of patients with a smile. Hope you improve.
