My bill has been abnormally high, lately. The only time my bill is this high is in the winter. I hardly use anything. What's going on?!
August 15, 2022. Power is out. House is hot. I pay this company for a specific service. I'm gonna say that again.. I PAY. I pay twice..a 'convenience' fee, to be exact..yet I have no option to be reimbursed for an 'inconvenisnce fee'!?? My home now is required to re-cool itself, ie my a/c will now run for 18 hours straight to 'catch up' or re-attain a desired set point. No notice was given. As many of us know getting a paycheck weekly we are no Rockefellers. Smack in the middle of the covid pandemic I had a month in which my bank account was running a bit low and when paying my electric bill online went through but another auto pay bill through it out and literally .52 cents caused my electric bill payment to be rejected.
