This business does not answer the phone or respond to email. Beware. Repeated request for information from Ripley Coastal Closing on our complex real estate transaction which they were holding up was not forthcoming. This business was the biggest obstacle that delayed the transaction by at least one year. It gave incorrect advice and was not cooperative with the many members involved in the transaction. Susan Ripley was the best advocate we could have had in a very complicated purchase which involved sellers with bad title issues, attorneys who knew little of real estate title issues, settlement attorneys and litigators who made sloppy errors throughout the process and tried on a number of occasions to strong-arm us into accepting their mistakes.
