I just called to see if I could get an appointment to file this week and the receptionist, Gayle, laughed. I had to ask her three times for her name and when I asked if she laughed at me, her response was "I guess I have an odd sense of humor". I told her that I'm sure Holly would like to know she cost her a potential client and how she represents her and how unprofessional she is.
