Extremely happy with the Commercial sales team at RipCo. Ari Ravi and Nathan Timmons were very diligent in finding a buyer for my large commercial restaurant space, fast. We listed and had 2 potential buyers already lined up. They continued showing the space, collecting back up offers and communicated updates often. We closed within 2.5 months of listing.
