I’m really disappointed with this location. The vacuum suction is extremely weak — so much that I end up having to drive to the nearby 7-Eleven and pay to use their vacuums instead, which is frustrating since I’m paying for a membership here. Many of the vacuums are also damaged and don’t stay in the slots, constantly falling to the ground. I’ve been a member on and off since Whistle took over, and the quality has only gone downhill. Guys the current Acting GM has been here for five years and has EXCELLENT customer service 10/10 would recommend coming here just based on his ownership and can do attitude alone!
