I was refused care by Dr. Seah because I arrived one minute late for my appointment. I had waited four months for this new patient visit. I accidentally went into the wrong IU Health building next door (the correct one says Endoscopy Clinic on the outside, which is confusing) and had to ask for directions twice before finding the right registration desk.
