Along with 38+ years of experience, Ms. Rioux is a complete professional and possesses great people skills. She went to bat for me when I didn't even the confidence to do it myself! Even it's just her job, I felt completely heard and supported. Wouldn't have any other attorney representing me🤞
Michell is extremely rude and very difficult to get in touch with. She never has any information on cases unless it’s last minute. Client communication is extremely limited due to her “dentist” visits and other personal issues. I called to ask if she had other colleagues she could refer me to since she seems overworked.
