I dropped off an Echo weed wacker and a Toro lawnmower for service. 3 weeks later I got back a cleaned weed wacker and lawn mower. That's all they did for $180?!?!?! Cleaned them. No air filter, spark plug, oil replacement. Nada. Lawn mower wouldn't start when I got it home. Weed wacker was great after I replaced the air filter and spark plug myself. FML. And Rios came recommended.
They recommend this shop to me, these guys are lame and don't know what there doing. They had my chainsaw for 6 weeks I went 3 times in person to check the status of my chainsaw and they couldn't find it. They stack your equipment one on top of another as if it was trash, no respect or consideration of customer's property. Didn't repair the problem but did charge for it. I showed up to pick up my lawn mower asked if it started he said it had no gas I said when I brought it to you had a full tank. He brought me out another lawn mower that wasn't mine. was it an honest mistake I don't know and I'm not going to find out again.
