This is our 3rd summer after our pool remodel by Rios. They never returned to finish the punch list agreed upon and now pool tiles are cracking. Terrible job, poor workmanship, unskilled labor. Would not recommend this company.

Like many, I too trusted Bob and because he is such a nice guy, kept allowing his excuses to buy him more time. I have sent him countless leads which turned into sales yet I will not recommend him anymore. I have had numerous issues with my equipment and liner and when Bob eventually responds, he says he will fix them yet never shows up as promised. Look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.
Bob built our pool 9 years ago or so. We had major issues from the beginning and his slow response time should have been our first warning; however, Bob is truly a nice guy so we trusted him. Our pool has had MAJOR drainage issues and we've had to invest over 25,000 in additional drainage. He would never address or correct the issue despite multiple attempts. Please DO NOT BUILD. This pool has been the biggest headache bc of his faulty build.
