Cynthia was absolutely incredible when we called about chairs we had seen a few months prior, my wife described the chairs and within the hour we had pictures from her. We ordered them and they were delivered the next morning. An amazing experience!
There is a unique feeling in the entire store. Natividad is a wonderful host - you feel like he and his staff are visiting with you at home. You are allowed lots of time to browse, and you'll need it. The atmosphere, furniture, and decor are a feast for the eyes. I fall in love with even the smallest details in his decor ideas. Any trip the DFW area is enhanced by visiting this Southwest wonderland. Allow yourself a healthy block of time, though. You will not want to leave.
