We used Rios Custom for our basement. We started with a completely unfinished basement and Pedro made it into a beautiful living space. We now have a gym, a movie theater and a bathroom in the space. Pedro was very easy to work with and always open (and excited) for our ideas. . . even if we changed as we went. Pedro was flexible, helpful and did great work. We have since had him back to do other smaller jobs. Pedro is ethical, kind and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Rios Custom!
