I contacted them to see if they had a mirror in stock to put on my drivers side that day, I gave them the year make and model and they confirmed they had it and told me to come in that day (all on text). I drive all the way there just to be told they lied, they don’t have the part and it’ll be several days to order it. Did a timing belt and water pump job on my car. The first time I dropped it off it only took about a week to do but comunication was lacking. After I get the car the belt started making some noise so I took it back and they readjusted it but they seemed not too care too much and took TWO WEEKS to readjust it . They even told me multiple times it was going to be earlier but kept delaying. Then I finally go to pick it up and the car has a bunch of food crumbs and smudges of food. You get what you pay for. DISCLAIMER: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I take responsibility for choosing a cheap solution. If you want a job done very well I would not take your car there. They’re affordable but that’s about it. Communication is not good, at first they rushed the job so I had to ask them to redo it, in total they had my car for about 2 weeks, they “lost” a product I brought in for installation and after I told them I wasn’t satisfied with my overall experience they seemed to not care.
