Impossible to contact. Unresponsive to both phone and email messages. Does not show up for appointments or call to alert the customer, so customers who respect the appointment system tie up their day waiting for plumbers who not come and calls that are not returned. I also bought an Amazon Local "deal" from them. Luckily, AL refunded my money without question. Went with Thumbtack instead.
