This has been my favorite Italian restaurant in Seattle. I really appreciate the authenticity that Ethan Stowell has brought. A few years ago, I had felt the quality dipped a little, perhaps due to COVID or other factors - but I'm extremely happy to say that the experience and quality is absolutely top notch in 2026! The hubby and I went for a date night and this place did not disappoint. Service was great from entrance to exit. The host was very nice and we were greeted with a smile and warm welcoming presence. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. The fried artichoke is amazing. The margherita pizza was 10/10, loved the sauce and crispy crust. I can’t wait to come back and try some more. It was so yummy and the staff was very friendly and still professional.
