Waited 20 minutes for a scheduled tour of the place and they told me to wait another 30. Luckily I won’t be getting an apartment here.
I lived at these apartments for 15 years growing up from when I was 7 till I was about 22. Sad, but expected to see that they haven’t changed and most likely will never change. I’m, of course, referring to how they recently ended up on the city’s top 10 out-of-state laziest landlords list. Sounds about right. Still nowhere near the worst experience I’ve had, but it seems consistent to what I experienced growing up. Constantly ignoring my mother’s calls and work orders. Never any respect for long-time tenants.
This place is 2nd on the list of bad landlords. Not only are reviews telling the truth but city inspectors have revealed nothing is ever fixed here and tenants are living in deteriorating conditions.
