First the office people are rude, the property is very dirty,never do they ever complete work orders. Office people never there they never answer the phones,do they get hired off the street? no managers skills, for them to tell a disabled vetran,who has lived here for 7 years they tell me if you don't like it move then we have your apartment rented out already. Beware – They Don’t Pay Their Vendors! I have been trying to collect payment on an outstanding invoice for almost a year, and despite multiple promises to "look into it," nothing has been resolved. Eleanor Gonzalez, who authorized the work, has been completely unresponsive. If they refuse to pay for contracted services, I would be extremely cautious about becoming a resident here.
