These guys installed $35,000 worth of Hayward high end equipment in 2017 on a pool I manage. The units need service, and this is not the type of equipment any ordinary pool guy knows how to handle. I have left at least three messages over the course of over a month and they do not return calls. The first time I called, they said they could get in the following week and would call to schedule.
