Jonah was sent out through our insurance claim to handle our roofing project in North Hollywood, and the whole roof replacement went very smoothly. We were very happy with the workmanship, the roofing crew, and the communication throughout the job. Jonah kept us informed about when the roofing materials and dumpster would arrive, and he stopped by several times while the work was in progress to make sure everything was on track. Before the new roof installation started, Jonah also came out to patch an active roof leak as a... read more
I’m really glad we have a new, beautiful roof on our home to protect us from the weather. Monument Roofing Hollywood removed our old storm-damaged roof and replaced it with a strong new roofing system. They did an excellent job with the roof installation, gutters, and gutter guards to help keep leaves and debris out. They even took the time to handle a small siding touch-up, which I really appreciated. They also made the insurance claim process much easier and guided us every step of the way. Anytime I had questions or felt... read more
I do not usually leave reviews, but I chose Monument Roofing Hollywood because of the good feedback, so I wanted to share my own experience. Erick and Samuel were great to work with from the start. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional during the whole roofing process. If you need a roof estimate in North Hollywood, it is definitely worth giving them a call. They do not pressure you or keep bothering you. They explain the roofing work clearly, answer questions, and let you make the decision on your own... read more
Monument Roofing Hollywood has done excellent work on several projects at our older home, especially roof-related repairs and exterior upgrades. They replaced leaking skylights, installed new gutters and fascia along the roofline, and helped improve the overall protection and look of the house. The crew was on time, friendly, and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. Their pricing was fair compared with other roofing contractors, and the quality of the workmanship was better than what we had seen from others. They ... read more
I called about a small roof leak, and even though I’m pretty handy, I don’t really know roofing. Samuel arrived right on time and within just a few minutes explained exactly what was causing the issue. Since it was minor, he honestly said it was something I could probably handle myself and save some money. He even gave me a tube of sealant and would not charge me for it. He easily could have turned it into a bigger roofing repair and billed me a lot more, and I would not have known the difference. That kind of honesty and in... read more
