I've never been there...but am interested in the property.. would love to check it out..I live out of town... I've called about a hundred times.. left about a hundred messages.. with name and phone number... NOBODY has EVER returned a phone call... I've been calling since January of this year... I don't know HOW they run the property..but if they can't even find time to return a phone call... pretty sure they don't have time to make sure that the residents and property are taken care of... Hoping to get in a apartment very soon.
Don't ever rent from Ron the manager? He acts like parking spots are gold. He is very loud, unprofessional, and should not be allowed to even manage a zoo. Do not rent from these people.
Looking into apartments. I'm thinking that senior apartments need to include laundry hookups in the apartments. How are older people supposed yo haul laundry?
