This is my second year at this apartment complex . I’m starting to notice bug activity. So simply, I notified the office . No response back ,even though my rent includes a pest control fee. 2weeks later, bed bugs!!! They stated no complaints have been made regarding bedbugs , although all the dumpsters around the complex are filled with furniture. I resided here a couple years ago. It was my very first apartment when arriving to the state. I had a pleasant stay here. It was relatively safe. Work orders were taken care of as soon as the order was put in. The manager Rosa is exceptionally helpful & sweet!! She has always been very respectful & great to work with.
