1960,s mobile home for a 100 to 120k and you lease the lot for an outrageous price. 1,400 plus a month. So all you really own is this janky mobile worth maybe a 1,000 dollars that you can't move. Its a rip off. Why would you want a old mobile on property that you don't own. And you have to follow the parks rules or get evicted and have to move your 500 mobile. Its a scam. The lot space goes up 100 to 400 a year
