In a world of very overwhelmed healthcare professionals, with heavy patient loads and understaffed facilities, Dr. Rio went above and beyond during my visit. Lovelace really has proved to Not only provide excellent healthcare, but They are really on top of Making sure they treat their patients with nothing but kindness, and compassion. Wonderful! My family member was extremely anxious about an upcoming procedure in this practice, due to a previous procedure not going so well at another location. Rio was very kind and answered all of my family member's questions, and really put them at ease. He was also there the day of the surgery, as well as giving them a follow up call a week after surgery. Very kind and compassionate. I recommend Rio if anyone is anxious or concerned about a procedure, he will put your mind at ease. Thank you!
Rio is very easy to talk to and during appointment he talked to the patient instead of her husband and daughter. Is responsive to messages on My Chart and answers in a very reasonable time.
