Rio is very easy to talk to and during appointment he talked to the patient instead of her husband and daughter. Is responsive to messages on My Chart and answers in a very reasonable time.
Rio is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answers all of my questions and takes the time to review test and image results, and explain next steps throughout any procedure. He sincerely cares and it shows.
My experience was very enjoyable. Everyone was polite, professional and all my questions were answered in a way so that I understood exactly what was going on.
Attentive, and shows concern and presents solutions to post surgery symptoms.
