Could use friendlier staff
I don't think i can even put into words how to describe how much i HATED living here. Let's start off with the homeless people who slept in the pool chairs & on the sidewalks. The leasing company/ office is the biggest joke, no one is ever on property to know what's going on or to assist with repairs needed. Getting anything fixed, good luck. It took 2 months to get a new dishwasher. The floors creak anytime you move so you have to tip toe around your home, to not irritate your neighbors. The AC units go out frequently. A ma... read more
false advertising for pricing online. only shows upgraded apartments attached to the non updated price. office management doesn’t read through your application either you have to repeat everything you spent time including in the application back to them. waste of money.
