Clean and modern gym with good staff. Only issue is the scents that are used throughout the gym, can be very strong and nauseating especially during workouts.
Impressive local fitness center for a fair monthly price. They have recently renovated the gym and the equipment is new and clean. They have an inside and outside weight area which is nice to have both. The lap pool looks spotless. Staff is very helpful and friendly and they always seem to be cleaning different parts of the gym. They also offer a large variety of fitness classes such as Pilates, yoga and strength building. Great value gym!
I love what they have done to the Gym when it was re-opened. They have plenty of equipment and a good workout environment. My only issue is with the Men's showers. They are ice cold and after working out and being extremely warm it is a shock to get into cold showers. It is getting worse as the outside temperature's are dropping. I have turned on the showers for five minutes and it does not change the temperature one degrees toward warm. I have tried all the way to the red side and all the way to the blue there is no change.... read more
$20 dollars for one day. Low maintenance pool. Resroom for one. Friendly people.
