The painter was on time, very friendly, and efficient in getting the job done. However, we have a couple areas peeling and have called and emailed to have them fixed and there has been no response.
I would like to start off by saying I did get a few quotes and rio rancho was the cheapest by about $500. Well, you get what you pay for.. The employees are paid per job and have a blow and go mentality, for a job that requires perfection everytime. I spoke with the owner Isaac Black and he came out and we spoje of the colors and he gave me a quote and I asked if garage door trim and foundation fill, and stucco repair would be done, he said YES!
