This place is just awful all around. The staff doesn’t not take care of your loved ones. They have no clue how to take care dementia patients. My father in law suffered for the short time he was in this facility. Luckily we were able to get him out and into a great facility. My father in law who needed help eating would be left with his food tray push up against the wall or just out of reach so he couldn’t eat. This happened multiple times. Our dear friend was sent to this facility for rehabilitation. The Staff is wonderful! Friendly, caring, kind, and helped with paperwork we needed completed for our friend. Thank you for taking care of our friend, my husband and me!
We were grateful to have met such dedicated individuals working here. Although we didn’t stay overnight, and the visit only lasted a few hours, our mom was treated with kindness and dignity. Special thanks to Bob the RN for providing valuable information and taking the time to get to know our mom and here needs. The CNA assigned to her in room 105 was very friendly and knowledgeable. Darlene at the front desk made us feel very welcome. Thank you
