The staff seems to care for their residents! I am impressed as to how many people remember my mother’s name. The facility is showing its age but they have done a good job keeping up. And I feel Mom is in a secure place.
i would never put a relative I love in a Genesis facility they aren't even the worst in town but they need to be willing to hire more staff, the nurses are overworked and patient care suffers as a result. horrible company.

We are looking for a place for end of life care this place gives me the creeps. I don’t want to be rude but cleanliness and care of patients seem to be not the priority.
Like. Any other place Rio Rancho Genesis has its Highs and Lows however, it truly has more Highs than Lows. That is why I truly rated 5 out of 5, as Genesis has great staff, a good physical therapy team who truly pushes the patients to comply with the Doctor's orders.
