We got a quote from Isaac, but he ghosted us when we tried to call and email to schedule the work after getting HOA approval.
Isaac came to house, quoted price. I spent a week finding colors that HOA would sign off on. Isaac scheduled me for a week later. I called and messaged him on colors, he said to give it to the painters when they show up. I asked if he used water in paint? Said some to keep paint from drying out, not good. We scheduled our home to be painted with Rio Rancho and we couldn't be more happy! We had to relocate in the middle of the sale of our home and Rio Rancho was able to handle everything while we were settling into our new home. They have awesome customer service and despite a few storms they were able to get the exterior painted quickly and it's amazing. Thank You Rio Rancho.
They did a fabulous job with my house painting. Very professional, quick, thorough, priced well and timely. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!
