I can't say enough good things about Rio Pools and the experience we had with our pool project. It started with their Salesman JT. He listened to what we wanted, didn't try to make us fit into one of their packages like some pool salesman try to do. His quote came in UNDER our budget and we asked for his suggestion on what else we could do to elevate our backyard. He suggested a hot tub that overflows into the pool. These guys did an excellent job for me. I got two pools (one indoor and one outdoor), and I could not be happier with both. Also pricing is very reasonable.

Every step along the way with Rio Pools went wrong. There was zero timeline communication, and any effort to get updates felt like pulling teeth. When my pool heater went out—under warranty—I had to hire someone else to come fix it because they never showed up. The pool lights have never worked correctly, and I’ve had a leak for three years that I’ve repeatedly asked them to fix. They eventually just stopped responding altogether. I’ve been more than patient, but I would never recommend Rio Pools to anyone.

Updated: Very happy that after not being able to get in touch with Rio Pools they have responded with two ways for me to reach out. Will be doing so in the near future! I gave two stars because I have seen their work and a neighbor who was very happy with them. My wife and I wanted to get a quote and I have called and left multiple messages and sent emails with no reply.

Rio is amazing!! We had the best experience. They were on time starting and finishing. Our pool turned out beautifully. We talked to several builders and we are so happy we chose Rio. The crew was always so nice and respectful. I cant say enough about how great our experience was.
