I’m here right now. This was the quickest pedicure I ever got. The massage was horrible and a couple seconds. I didn’t get to soak my feet the water. I brought my daughter for the first time and her experience was just as bad. I was done in about 15 minutes. Never even made it thru a massage on the chair. Won’t be back. So disappointed!😔

First time here did not like it. Dip is not great. The rush you. Everything I want they said they couldn’t do. They got an attitude when I changed my mind on the shape of my nails. The lady said have a good day to everyone but me when I left. I literally cried when I left. I tried showing picture of previous designs I got. The lady didn’t even look the photo & try to accommodate my needs. I’m paying over 40 dollars & I have to look at my nails everyday not you. Rio Nail Spa is horrible!!! The service sucks. I was referred to them by two of my friends to have TK specifically do my nails. The dip was horrible went back to get them fixed because some of my nails looked dried out. They look even worse now! So upset and disappointed with the quality of service !
