Truly life changing! I have been a manual wheelchair user for 40+ years. The level of independence I have achieved with this machine was something I have dreamed of forever. I'm a c6 quad. I can attach and unattach ithe firefly in seconds. I modified my quickie 2 lite with swing away footrests by switching the footrest release levers from one side to the other.
This review is based on customer service and not the attachment. We had a battery emergency in Europe and reached out to support to get a new battery rushed. It was not outlined clearly in the manual that we would need a specific EU charger to match the appropriate voltage in the outlets there. It took a couple days for anyone to get back to us. Very unprofessional customer service when you ask questions about "warranties" parts. I'm was trying to figure out if defective part was replaced by Rio Mobility at no charge or was it paid for twice? Simple question for such a reply - The audacity of ending the tread regarding a defective part with "End of Transaction"
