This review is based on customer service and not the attachment. We had a battery emergency in Europe and reached out to support to get a new battery rushed. It was not outlined clearly in the manual that we would need a specific EU charger to match the appropriate voltage in the outlets there. It took a couple days for anyone to get back to us. Very unprofessional customer service when you ask questions about "warranties" parts. I'm was trying to figure out if defective part was replaced by Rio Mobility at no charge or was it paid for twice? Simple question for such a reply - The audacity of ending the tread regarding a defective part with "End of Transaction"

We purchased the Rio Mobility Firefly in January 2020 and hired a handyman to put it together for us. We did have a problem with a jammed handlebar right away but, after emailing Rio, we were able to loosen it. My boyfriend has PPMS and uses his wheelchair and he likes the Rio for around our neighborhood, although it is difficult for him to get up any inclines and he has to lean forward in order to get up them.
