I’ve been renting from Cheryl and rio mesa realty now for a year or so and the are always there to handle any issues I have that arise. They accommodated my need for a bigger area and when that one didn’t work out they moved me to an even bigger better place. Everyone at rio mesa is very kind and they handle business appropriately.
Horrible experience with them and even getting it in writing won’t help get your money back. If you’re in the MEDICAL FIELD and TRAVELING be careful and DO NOT give them your credit/debit card info. I’ve been trying to get back a MONTHs worth of rent since MARCH. I notified them I would be leaving a little early and they not only charged me but they charged for time after my contract ended!!
