As a solo female traveler, safety is my main priority. I've been with Cheryl and her team at Rio Mesa since December and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. I feel safe to walk my dog and come and go at any hour. Any concern that I have had was addressed quickly and everyone is so friendly! And the location is perfect to walk to dinner at Los Arcos

Want to pay a lot for property management? Try $300/month to manage your 1 bd 1ba house in T or C in 2019! They couldn’t even cash my tenants checks within reasonable time. Most real estates agents don’t know much about the technical aspects of houses and Cheryl is no exception. Expensive and mediocre, but you do have choices in this desperate town.
