Horrible experience with them and even getting it in writing won’t help get your money back. If you’re in the MEDICAL FIELD and TRAVELING be careful and DO NOT give them your credit/debit card info. The staff there at Rio Mesa realty helped me and my family get into a place. There kind friendly very helpful I greatly appreciate everything they've done for us. They go out of there really busy schedule to help there clients and customers. Thank u for everything u do we are truly blessed. I don't think my move to NM would've been as easy of a transition when I arrived if it wasn't for Cheryl and Rio Mesa Realty. Not only did they find a unit that fit my needs the day I arrived, she also helped me transition into a better, bigger, unit that could be more permanent for me. Shipley told me twice she would call and list my house guess she's to busy. Always acting like she has appointments and stuff can't say I'm not interested or do what she says. I would be embarrassed to live that way. Found a few realitors with some integrity. Guess she's to special. Lip stick on a pig mobile homes with treated wood decks listed way to high.
