This guy will make plans to come to your house to look and give you a quote, then he won't show up because he says he forgot after I left work early to meet him. Then, you'll hear from him a day or two later and make another appointment and he'll cancel again. Then after one more chance, he'll actually show up, look around and tell you he'll send you references and a quote the next day.
