I spoke with a dozen companies for our dual heat install (there are a lot of scammers in this space, beware), Sam seemed the most trustworthy and responsive so we went with Rio. As we were without a furnace in Dec, they opted to complete the install in two phases so we had a heat source quicker, big kudos for this. Sam at Rio is just amazing! He was referred to me from a local community page and it's been one of the best connects. Friendly, super straightforward, and beyond diligent to get your problem fixed. I've used him twice now, both for heater, boiler issues, and he was fast, confident, and very transparent when it came to what the issue was and the costs for repair. I highly recommend Rio Heating and Cooling!
Everything was clean spotless and an excellent job. Very fair and honest hard-working team. Would highly recommend. 2.5 ton Coleman heat pump. I got my money for the rebate a week after the install. 10/10 would recommend. Will be calling them back to do my 60,000 BTU hot water tank for my outdoor pool.
