We had such a great stay at Rio Guadalupe! We stayed in one of the 2-bedroom cabins and it was the perfect setup for our family. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite parts was getting out on the river with our paddle boards. Having such easy river access made it so convenient and fun. The pool was also a huge hit and a great way to cool off after being outside. Recently had a big group camping and landed here. Great staff, extra friendly thy got that Texas Hill Country friendliness and answered all my 206 questions patiently. Cabins have an awesome view and it’s close to anything you need. Overlook park at canyon lake and sits right on the Guadalupe river. I’ll be back I recommend it.
Called first for availability before coming from out of town. We arrived right at closing with our truck fully loaded with supplies and no one was around to help. We ended up getting someone on the phone and they said they were already home and no one could help us. We’re talking Thursday at 4:00 pm on spring break and no one could get us in a cabin?
