I chose dr Desai office because the staff was amazingly courteous and was scheduling my appointment on time and the person who took my blood pressure was extremely courteous and nice made me feel great and Dr. Desai explained everything very well, an amazing experience at the doctors office.
As a new patient I highly recommend this office for your spine/neck/lower back needs. The reception area is small but don’t let that put you off the customer service is “outstanding!” The wait time is reasonable and on schedule. The staff, is friendly, professional and compassionate in particular “Anna & Karina,” they are truly super stars!
