Slow service. Always long waiting time even after you have appointments
I moved to Weslaco in June and made an appointment to be seen as an initial visit. I sat there in the waiting room 9:40 am until 11:45 without being called in. The waiting room was full when I got there and everyone of those people went in, came out and left. My second appointment went better in the office but was advised I had high blood pressure and to take it daily and they would call me on Monday. Literally told me i had the job and that i started on Monday at 8am and that i needed to go give them my information (id,social,bank info,etc.) this was on Monday on Tuesday i got the stomach virus so i called on Wednesday to let them know why i couldn’t go and that if i could go today (Wednesday) and they told me they had passed my position to someone else. Worst doctor's office ever they never pick up there phones and receptionist are snarky if I could I would give it negative stars don't come here
