Today was my second appointment with Ms. Fabiola Bohlmann. At the first appointment, she apologized because it was her daughter on the phone; she left me there, then never came back to the room to explain the medication she gave me and walked out. The pharmacy doctor explained why she had prescribed me the medicine. I had a bad experience. She did not hear me out and rushed me through the visit. Had a great experience well as good as it could be for a doctor's appointment. DR Speir is awesome, great bedside manners, recommend him to anyone who needs a urologist in El Paso Texas.
The majority of the staff here is completely incapable of handling the elderly community. My mother got a procedure done here with Dr. Davalos two months ago and no one had the courtesy to schedule a follow up to go over my mom’s results. Not only did Dr.Davalos have a very inefficient way of explaining a diagnosis, he didn’t even care to make sure my mom had her appointment for her results.
