Since I brought my first car over 15 years, still they have the same service and quality. I highly recommend them.
Your problem is that you asked the polarized three-year warranty and this is not guaranteed by color change. If you had asked the lifetime you would not have this problem.
My tint turned purple after a year and a half, still under warranty I called and was told that the warranty does not cover fading or discoloring of tint. Waste of money, don't take your car here.
Great customer service and reasonable prices. They even have me a military discount.
