I have had pool equipment warranty repair work done on several occasions over the past decade or so by Mr. Sales-Porras and I ALWAYS have had a wonderful experience. I have found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and an expert craftsman. But, more importantly, I have ALWAYS been impressed with his fairness and gracious nature. I agree with the other poster who said not to trust this man or this company. We initally had a good impression of him and were pleased when our home warranty company assigned him as a contractor to fix our salt water pool. The initial service call was on May 1st. It is now May 27th. The guy came by one day while we were at work and when I came home, I found our filtration system all taken apart and tools lying around. The system has been taken apart in various stages and to this day is still NOT put back together the way it... read more
Do not use this guy! He lied by saying that he fixed our pool pump and it has never been replaced. He also has been to our home more than 4 times without our permission. We found out he came to our home when we were finally able to locate him and he mentioned he had come to our home and we didn't even know it. Be careful! Specially if you have little kids, I would never be willing to trust him!
