My husband had an appointment at 0930. We got there at 0900 to fill out paperwork, super smooth check in. They called us back by 0915. 1st time we've seen a specialist so quickly. And they did x-rays in office. Instead of seeing an assistant, we saw Dr. Bassett himself who blew our socks off. Super professional, explained the x-rays and even showed us the difference between my husband's x-rays and someone's who had no cartilage and needed bilateral knee replacements.
