I have been a patient with Rio Grande for almost 2 years. They are beyond amazing. I am one of the older patients, still just as important. There is a guy there who I think runs the office. So professional, and always remembers each patient and takes time to talk to us. The crew, every single one of them treat each of us like family. Always smile and make us feel welcome. We were visiting Santa Fe from out of town and forgot our daughter’s key for her expander. Rio Grande Orthodontics gave a free key! No hesitation and so much kindness!
We waited 1 hrs then got called back for Xrays so we could leave. Then waited another hour to be seen. Only to be seen for 20 seconds and told my daughter was too young come back next year. Crooked business wasted our time.
They made the entire process very smooth, and we even moved during our time with them, we had appointments at all three offices!
