AVIOD BY ALL MEANS!!! My mother who has been suffering from chronic pain decided to go see Dr Estrada and his team to figure out what exactly was going on. She had blood work and X-rays done before her second visit, which was expensive and painful. They kept pushing back her appointment, eventually when she finally got in they informed her that they lost all her results and wanted her to redo everything at her expense. Plan your appointments in advance and there is no problem. Rio Grande does have a walk-in clinic on Telshor, which I use for immediate care! I've been with them for seven years, and virtually no problems.

My little one happened to get sick and the doctor did great check everything and seem fine until they decided they needed to check the throat a swab it. My kiddo was not feeling well coughing every minute and felt afraid to get the throat touch since it hurt. So they decided to hold my kiddo down forceful instead to get the test swab down. Never did I think that these nurses were going to hold my kiddo down so hard with there heavy bodies holding the arms down and legs. I do not recommend going here. The waiting areas are nasty. I was double dosed on my thyroid medication and after having my blood work done, they never called me to tell me my thyroid was too fast. Not one person checked my blood work results and my thyroid was TOO HIGH for almost SIX MONTHS. I happened to be sick and went in, only then did they show any concern whatsoever.
