I am absolutely satisfied with the whole process and the end result. Rio Grande Landscaping utilized their expertise and my vision to provide my family with an awesome backyard. After having several unsuccessful interactions with other landscaping companies, Al Trejo from Rio Grande Landscaping stood above them all with his attention to detail and commitment. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
What a rip-off! Knows how to talk the talk but left us high and dry after getting two thirds of the money and only completing one third of the work. Stopped returning calls. This man is a liar and a cheat. DO NOT hire this man!
BEWARE !! This man is an absolute fraud. I went through a similar experience as the review you see below. In the beginning he'll play the professional role, and promise you everything you want to hear and in the end he'll run with your money and not complete the job. He robbed us thousands of dollars, I'm also taking action.
Avoid this guy like the plague. It is obvious that he wrote the reviews you see here. It reads just like he talks, literally. This guy ripped us off and I'm suing him. He was contracted by a reputable builder and we used him to complete work in the back yard of a house we had built. He started the job, took our money and never completed the work. Well represent company respectable prices and well done work. He even stayed to insure that the job was done asked for my sprinkler to be fix great job i recommend it to my friends and family.
With great customer service and good prices. free estimates and no money down. He was really understanding and help me with making the best landscaping they could offer.i wish more company's were more like this.
