Hired this company, Rio Grande Landscaping, owned by Al Trejo. They did a good job of landscaping the yard next door to me. I only wanted the side yard cemented in and two planters in the front that consisted of cinderblock, veneer and caps. They did a good job of cementing in the side area and laying down gravel. A worker started building a wall in front. I thought it was odd at first because it was not a staggered brick layout. Then it got worse. Obviously this worker didn't know what he was doing. We hired this company to do some general landscaping and were totally dissatisfied with the sloppy incomplete work. The owner, Al Trejo, is unethical in his business dealings. He has a crew that did more damage than good. Attempts to remove a drain vent that ran the full length of our pool was chiseled out, leaving our pool deck damaged with several chunks of concrete knocked out. I am absolutely satisfied with the whole process and the end result. Rio Grande Landscaping utilized their expertise and my vision to provide my family with an awesome backyard. After having several unsuccessful interactions with other landscaping companies, Al Trejo from Rio Grande Landscaping stood above them all with his attention to detail and commitment. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

What a rip-off! Knows how to talk the talk but left us high and dry after getting two thirds of the money and only completing one third of the work. Stopped returning calls. This man is a liar and a cheat. DO NOT hire this man!

BEWARE !! This man is an absolute fraud. I went through a similar experience as the review you see below. In the beginning he'll play the professional role, and promise you everything you want to hear and in the end he'll run with your money and not complete the job. He robbed us thousands of dollars, I'm also taking action.
