I called to get a quote and whoever I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. Not helpful or friendly at all. I should have checked the reviews before calling! Once I did I understood why they have the rating they do.
I highly recommend. The staff served me and my kids for years. They were always understanding and helpful.
I wish I had checked Google review before I got in business with these people. It has been a horror show since day one. Because of their lack of communication/ability to communicate, I had to pay equivalent to two years worth of insurance premiums in penalties to my mortgage company. And far be it from Rio grande insurance to take any accountability or try to improve their processes so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
