Do not see Dr Grotefend in South Fork very unprofessional and argumentative from ghs beginning of my appt. She was rude to me and my husband told him I don't know you from adam so I have to ask questions. Wouldn't let me explain anything and when I tried to she snapped at me said will you quit interrupting me we got up and walked out. Very bad experience.
The most incompetent clinic I've ever had the misfortune of receiving care from. I've had multiple bad experiences here including a denied MRI request because the clinic did not provide requested info to my insurance, even after I followed up multiple times. I waited for 2 months before hearing back. A colonoscopy that was COMPLETELY unnecessary because my doctor would not listen to me (turns out all I had was a campylobacter infection that was easily treated with antibiotics). This facility is overall pretty great. Very friendly and relatable staff, the only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 was the data leak that happened a few years ago. They DID try to resolve it all, and no info appears to have been stolen. But overall good experience.
Got a fishhook in my thumb, Dr. Macdooggle & the nurses were very efficient & got me fixed up , thanks you guys! 👑🥦🍳
