Care coordinator Sandra was unprofessional, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with. Her tone is very demeaning, I did not feel supported or heard during the process, which made an already stressful situation even harder. I expected better coordination, empathy, and communication. A role like this requires compassion and organization, and unfortunately neither was demonstrated. It’s Unfortunate to have a care coordinator like her to represent the business in such an uncaring way. Main reason I decided to go else where.

Dr. Rama is great! However, the "nature of the practice" (which I suppose means "we don't have enough Doctors for the number of patients we serve,)" means you'll be waiting 2 or 3 hours, even if you have an early appointment. It's rude and inconsiderate of the patient's time.

Have been seeing Dr. Rama x 4+ years for blood condition Has been once a year x 2 years She called me at home … as in 8pm… and told me I had Lymphoms…. Scared As Hell Said I needed 2nd opinion but to get medical records to take to MD No referral etc. up to me Dr Ramas clinic charged me $0.25/ per page $100 later…Both myself ( retired nurse) read thru medical records with not “ One” word of lymphoma Trying to get 2nd opinion But calling me was so unprofessional… lost all respect for her
