My patient ( A Vietnam Veteran ) states Dr Deitlhoff will never win Ms Congeniality !everyone else in the office was so nice! He did not come for narcotics but she accused him of doing so. He would have appreciated some good practical advice - I am writing this for him since he does not use computers - He had already had physical therapy but many non narcotic treatments are available
Hours are incredibly inconsistent. Have shown up twice to pick something up to find them closed. They also don't answer the phones when you call to find out if they're open.
Today’s appointment was not pleasant. Probably the move to a new location has been really stressful. No conversation from the doctor so I didn’t ask her anything . The front desk person was short and sharp and unhelpful. She tried to book my next appt for 6 months out when I need regular 3 month care. Give them a wide berth while they sort out their problems.
Impossible to reach this office to schedule an appointment- they never answer the phone and never return any calls from voicemails. I guess they expect you to drive over to schedule an appointment. Are there adults running this office? This is what gives Santa Fe a bad reputation for healthcare and flakiness. Just close down your office if you don’t want to be bothered by patients that need care. Save patients a lot of time and headache of trying to reach anyone in your office.
